DOSER MIX series
The DOSER MIX series dosing and mixing control unit is able to dose the withdrawal water and to automatically mix the incoming water.
- Equipped with a needle probe to allow measurement and display of the temperature of the flour or dough
- Water pre-discharge bypass not in automatic temperature and possibly excludable via keyboard
- Water system for summer / winter change incorporated in the control unit
- Switching is automatically handled by the control
