Neutral anodised aluminium head 20/10 mm, black anodised handle 35/18 mm (thickness 1.4 mm). The head handle joint consists in the insertion of the head extension into the handle blocked internally by two cones with expansion joint. The thickness of 20/10 mm gives it rigidity and guarantees a firm head, able to support even the heaviest pizzas. The rectangular head provides the perfect housing for the pizza with a very large curve radius, embossed at the bottom. The milling is on the front. The 35×18 mm handle is solid with 1.4 mm thick aluminium. Specifically designed holes on the initial part of the head allow removing any excess flour stuck under the pizza during dusting phase.
classic line that focuses on the more traditional
concept of the pizza peel: the shape is unique, rectangular
with very wide angles, perfect round/rectangular
synthesis, the structure is rigid, the handle and
head are thicker.
The rectangular head provides the perfect housing for pizza

milling is frontal and the increased thickness assures rigidity,
resistance to the accidental hits, to the scratches, allowing to
hold the heaviest and huge pizzas.

Available in five head sizes and 4 different handle lengths.
THE ADVANTAGE OF THE PERFORATION
The perforated version is partial, in the frontal part of the
head, studied for exalting the easy-slide and to loose the
possible flour in excess remained under the pizza during the
A SMALL PEEL STRONG AND RESISTANT
Small turning peel entirely in stainless steel, it has an oval
shape with an increased thickness of the head, to ensure the
