They can be made with electromechanical or electronic controls. Our electric resistances are housed in special frames that extend over the entire surface surfaces of the floor deck and the top of the cooking chamber. The particular arrangement ensures the uniform diffusion of heat, the ability to retain temperature and greater efficiency in the cooking process.
